    Key Responsibilities:
    • Always maintain a high level of professionalism
    • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email, ensuring accurate and appropriate information
    • Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when handling escalated cases
    Job Requirements:
     
    Qualifications:
    • Advanced level of Dutch and English
    • Completed high school diploma
    • Full-time availability
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
    • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
    • Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns
    • *The position is fully office-based in Sofia.
    • *There are no options for home office or hybrid work.
    • *The role is full-time (8 hours) – no part-time options available.
    • Working hours: 09:00 am - 21:00 pm Mon – Sun with two days off.
    • With rotational shifts: One shift from 9:00 to 18:00 and one from 12:00 to 21:00
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Previous experience in call center or customer service (training will be provided)
    • Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications (or willingness to learn)
    • Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
